Shipping and Processing Info.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Shipping method selected corresponds with number of days in transit, it does not include processing time. Processing time may increase days for delivery. The shipping preference you choose does not guarantee the shipment or arrival date of your order, it only guarantees the service level provided by the carrier once the order ships.
Processing Information: Orders placed during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Based on stock allocation, non-warehoused items may take an additional 2-3 days.
Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. Central Time may not be processed the same day, depending on stock allocation.
You will be emailed your tracking or label number within 24-48 hours of shipment. Please be sure to utilize the tracking information so you know when to expect the package, this will help prevent theft and loss of product.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
You will receive your refund within three weeks of receiving your return. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper and processing when received.
If you need to return an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We currently ship within the U.S.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Refunds issued back to the original form of payment may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. In most cases the restocking fee will be waived if the product packaging is in new condition and the product can be resold without any reconditioning or package maintenance.
Refunds are for the cost of product only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
*Returned items must include original contents and packaging.
*Returns that do not meet our criteria will not be accepted for return.
*We do not return or sell any used products.

Any item with a broken protective seal
Electronics- This includes any single or installed electronics. If you feel that the electronics you've purchased are defective, please refer to the manufacturers warranty coverage.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE/WARRANTY INFORMATION:
Products are warranted solely by the manufacturer and contacting them is the best way to resolve any issues you may have with their products. Most manufacturers require that you contact them directly. We can provide you with contact information or you may click here to see our Warranty Info page. Warranties are subject to policies set by the manufacturer. Please note that you will need a copy of your original receipt. We are happy to email a copy to you. Please note, some manufacturers will not honor warranty claims for customers outside of the USA and Canada, please refer to the product manual for more information.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT:
We retain sole discretion as to whether an item may be returned. An RMA must be obtained prior to returning any product.

Once your return has been approved you will be given a unique RMA number that applies only to the specific return discussed.
Print out the RMA Request Form (pdf). You can print one from here or we can email one to you upon request.
Prepare your return package
Enclose the completed RMA form.
Enclose the original packing slip.
Enclose the item(s) with original product packaging.
Items must ship in a packing box. Do not attach labels to original product packaging as this will change the condition of the item.
Write the RMA # on the outside of the box/envelope.
